- education and linkage to
community resources
- counseling regarding coping
and grief issues
- education related to life
closure tasks such as wills, medical durable power of attorney
- mediation as needed during
times of crisis and conflict

| Volunteers -

- respite care
- errand running
- hair dressing
- patient companionship
